My only concern was my original appointment I made through the dealership website was not communicated to dealer. Their scheduling system did not communicate with the scheduling system on website. This is a problem. Either online scheduling she be deleted or this fixed. The service I received was very satisfactory.

One of the tires I bought and had put on the car lost 7psi within the first few hours there’s a tear on the bead. Called they told me they would fix it, went back said they replaced the valve stem and that fixed the issue but I have a picture aswell as two other mechanics telling me there’s a tear on the bead and the tech just filled it with a sealant but if I just bought a brand new tire why are we filling it with sealant Va me getting what I paid for which is a brand new tire with no issues not a brand new tire with sealant to fix a tear that was caused upon installation. I have also had a noise radiating from the car since I bought it and they have never fixed it or anything I have been dealing with this for two years and to no resolution they have gone from service rep to service rep and I’m constantly having issues scheduling saying oh we don’t get the online scheduling we didn’t know you were coming. I would really appreciate it if the $30,000 car I’m paying for was noise free and operated the way it should not aggravating my tinnitus or causing headaches on long drives from the vibration and noise, and that I was confident in the services that I was paying for to be done properly and not feeling as if my concerns are falling on deaf ears. This is the only vehicle for my family of 5 and we need it to be reliable and safe and with the current service of the tire and past services ignoring the issue or saying we can’t determine a cause is rather unsettling.

My car was running fine. I had the oil changed and the service manager said it was time for a tune up which I scheduled and had done. when I got my car back it was skipping and the check engine light came a couple of times. I took it back to the dealer and they said it was the coil pack. This on Tuesday, August 12th. They didn't have the coils and had to order them. half came in on Wednesday, August 13th. The others didn't come in until Friday, August 15th. They told they shutting down early and the car wouldn't be ready until Monday, August 18th. On Monday they said the car wouldn't be ready until the next day. They finally called about 2 pm Tuesday, August 19th and said it was ready. It seems to run fine now. I won't recommend this dealership to anyone!

Terrible experience. Had the vehicle for 5 days. Didn’t call once to give an update on the vehicle. Brought the vehicle back to me with the check engine light on. Had the vehicle for 15 minutes before it had a notification saying “service transmission”. Called to tell the dealership this of which I was just told to go to the app and request road side assistance. Very disappointed with service for a 2022 sierra with 28,000 miles. Also never provided a loaner car due to them not having one available. Would not recommend using dealership.

I was not pleased when I arrived and signed in because I had a coupon for my oil change that was mailed to me from Chevrolet making the oil change 39.99. When I presented it to the guy at the counter he told me that he couldn’t use it because it was for a regular oil change but my car uses synthetic oil. I asked why then am I getting useless coupons mailed to me? It would seem like the company I bought the car from would see they are wasting part by mailing useless coupons. He did apologize and told me he would give me the oil change for 59.99. I told him that I had to have the oil change so had to pay that but this seems like a bait and switch situation and many of us have to budget our money. I was able to pay the difference but so many people can’t just because of the economy. He ended up doing my oil change for $47 which I am grateful. I appreciate the guy trying to help me because I know he didn’t have to. I gave a 4 for my review but that is solely because of his effort to make the situation right. I have had multiple issues when it comes to getting my routine maintenance done and what I am charged and also have had an alert that consistently comes up on my car that I’ve had checked by the dealer only to be told it’s an issue with the car that they can’t fix.

The experience was great. The dealership had the exact vehicle we wanted show on their lot the previous day. We called over the next afternoon and purchased the vehicle that day. Our trade-in was evaluated quickly; there was a brief negotiation on pricing and trade value, we settled on the numbers and the guys at the dealership got us in and out really quickly. I would specifically call out Ken Harris as our sales associate. He was very knowledgeable but was not overbearing trying to oversell us on anything which was appreciated. It was all around a very good experience. On a side note, the dealership itself could use some updating. It doesn't necessarily matter to me, but I could see how it may deter some with a less than positive initial opinion.
